3.1. All copyright, trademarks, design rights and all other intellectual property rights where relevant including all content on the Site shall at all times remain vested in Women in Trade UK Magazine.

3.2. You confirm and agree that any Contribution(s) you upload or provide is original and do not infringe UK laws, copyright or other rights of any other person, or that you have the consents necessary to provide the Contribution(s) to Women in Trade UK Magazine.

11.3. For the exclusive benefit of Women in Trade UK Magazine, shall retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of the country of your residence.
